30 Day Returns Policy

Online purchases must be returned within 30 days of purchase must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories.

Once your return is received and inspected by the our customer service (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or PayPal account within 7 days. 

If you wish to exchange a product, you must go online and reorder, and process the original item as a return.

To Process a Return:

  1. E-mail customer service at relchallenge@nasscoinc.com or call 800-729-6726 to receive an RMA number. This number is valid for 30 days.
  2. Package your product for shipping and label it with the following address: Rēl Products Attn: Returns 7713 Bombardier Ct. Wausau, WI 54401
  3. Write the RMA number legibly on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship your package by whichever carrier you prefer, though we recommend using a service that allows tracking or delivery confirmation. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when fulfilling the order.

Credit Card Refunds

  • All credit card purchases will be refunded to the original credit card used to make the sale.
  • Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), a refund will be processed and a credit applied to your credit card within 7 days.
  • Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post to your account.

1-Year Limited Warranty Policy

Your Rēl product is a precision device and if your purchase from fails at any time within one year from date of purchase Rēl will replace your product with an equal model.
